Coach Lindsay — One Percent Better Forever

With over 20 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, she has dedicated her life to helping others. While her career has been deeply rewarding, she recognized a gap between treating illness and truly building health—and that realization sparked a personal transformation.
At 40 years old, she reached a turning point. Feeling stuck in routine and lacking purpose, she made the decision to take control of her life. Through discipline and commitment, she completed the 75 Hard Challenge on her first attempt—an experience that reshaped her mindset, built lasting habits, and revealed what she was truly capable of.
That transformation didn’t go unnoticed. As family and friends began seeking guidance, she discovered a new calling: helping others take ownership of their health. This led her to become a Certified Personal Trainer, combining her medical background with real-life experience to create a powerful, well-rounded approach to coaching.
Her passion is simple—help people become stronger, healthier, and more confident in their everyday lives. She believes true change starts with small, consistent actions and a willingness to step outside of comfort zones.
Coaching Philosophy
- Meet people where they are—and help them move forward with purpose.
- Every individual has unique responsibilities, challenges, and goals. Her approach is rooted in understanding those realities and building a sustainable plan that fits each person’s life. Health isn’t a quick fix—it’s a long-term investment.
- She empowers clients to prioritize their well-being, stay consistent, and grow daily—because your present self should never limit what your future self is capable of.
