Coach Bernard’s coaching journey began around age 19 or 20, when he realized a path focused on money wouldn’t necessarily bring him happiness. While pursuing an IT-related degree, he began working out on his own with limited guidance. That curiosity led him to switch majors to Health and Human Performance and dive into hands-on learning. About a year into his studies, he landed an internship at a small gym, which soon became a paid position as the gym grew and evolved under different owners, names, and training methods.
What never changed through all the changes is Bernard’s core mission: to help people. He discovered his true passion in seeing clients succeed and in guiding them to real, tangible wins—no matter how small. Today, Bernard thrives on working with anyone who shares a commitment to continuous improvement and the discipline to get 1% better every day.
Coaching Philosophy People-first approach: Bernard believes meaningful progress comes from understanding each client’s goals, strengths, and daily realities. Small, consistent gains: He focuses on sustainable improvements—minute, daily steps that compound over time. Evidence-based, adaptable methods: Bernard blends his deep knowledge of Human Performance with practical training strategies that adapt to individual needs.
If you’re ready to train with someone who celebrates every milestone and pushes you toward a stronger, healthier version of yourself—one percent at a time—Coach Bernard is here to guide you every step of the way.
