Monday & Wednesday: Rise and shine at 6 a.m., 7 a.m., 12 p.m., 5 p.m., or 6 p.m.!
Tuesday & Thursday: Start your day with energy at 6 a.m., 7 a.m., 9 a.m. or join us at 5 p.m.!
Friday: Kick off the weekend with classes at 6 a.m., 7 a.m., 12 p.m., or 5 p.m.!
Saturday: Sleep in just a little and join us at 9 a.m. for a fantastic start to your weekend!
💪 Class Types:
Mondays & Fridays – Strength Days
Let’s pump it up! On Strength Days, we take our time to focus on perfecting your form and technique. We’ll guide you through movements that build strength while keeping safety front and center. Grab some weights and get ready to feel empowered!
Wednesdays – Accessory Strength Days
It’s all about leveling up! Our Accessory Strength Days are designed to complement your Monday and Friday workouts. We’ll tackle exercises that enhance your strength and help you crush your lifts!
Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Saturdays – Metabolic Days
Get your heart racing and your energy soaring! Metabolic Days are all about fun and variety. We’ll mix things up with exciting formats, intervals, and timing to keep you engaged and sweating it out!
