Monday: Rise and shine at 6AM, 7AM, 12PM, 330PM, 5PM OR 6PM!
Tuesday: Start your day with energy at 615AM, 705AM, 9AM or finish the day with us at 5PM!
Wednesday: Rise and shine at 6AM, 7AM, 830AM 12PM or finish the day with us at 5PM!
Thursday: Start your day with energy at 515AM, 605AM, 9AM or finish the day with us at 5PM!
Friday: Finish the week strong with classes at 6AM, 7AM, 12PM or 5PM!
Saturday: Sleep in just a little and join us at 9AM for a fantastic start to your weekend!
💪 Class Types:
Mondays & Fridays – Strength Days (60 Minutes)
Let’s pump it up! On Strength Days, we take our time to focus on perfecting your form and technique. These full one-hour sessions allow us to build real strength with intention—guiding you through movements that prioritize safety, progress, and power. Grab some weights and get ready to feel empowered!
Wednesdays – Supplemental Strength Days (60 Minutes)
It’s all about leveling up! Our one-hour Supplemental Strength Days are designed to complement your Monday and Friday workouts. We’ll target key muscle groups, improve movement quality, and help you break through plateaus so you can keep getting stronger.
Tuesdays & Thursdays – Metabolic Days (45 Minutes)
Get in, get after it, and get better. These 45-minute sessions are built for efficiency—combining strength and conditioning through high-energy intervals and creative formats that keep you moving and sweating.
Saturdays – Metabolic Day (60 Minutes)
Start your weekend strong. Our Saturday metabolic class is a full 60-minute session, giving you more time to push your pace, build endurance, and challenge yourself alongside the community
