I became a personal trainer in my 40s—a leap that felt scary yet deeply meaningful. I’m passionate about exercise because movement consistently boosts my mood, builds my strength, and reinforces confidence in both body and mind. I want to share that gift with others, helping them feel the same benefits.
Growing up, I was surrounded by role models who valued strength and took great care of their bodies. Their example showed me early on how important it is to prioritize health and movement throughout life.
For me, exercise isn’t just physical activity—it’s medicine for the mind and body and a key to living a long, healthy life. My mission is to help people feel better in their bodies and in their everyday lives.
