Lydia’s passion for fitness began with a deep curiosity about the human body while studying Exercise Science at the University of Louisville. What started as an academic interest quickly turned into something more—an appreciation for how movement, strength, and consistency can transform not just the body, but everyday life.
She began her coaching journey in 2024 as an intern at OrangeTheory Fitness, where she fell in love with the energy of group training and the impact of a positive, people-driven environment. It was there she built a strong foundation in movement, communication, and coaching with intention.
Lydia believes that growth is never finished. As the fitness industry evolves, so do the individuals within it—and she embraces that fully. Her goal is to grow alongside her clients, helping them build strength, improve longevity, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence. She views training as more than workouts—it’s about stewarding your body well so you can show up stronger in every area of life.
Since joining One Percent Better Forever in 2025, Lydia has found a home in a community that values connection, consistency, and purposeful programming. She thrives in an environment where coaches and clients are in it together—every step of the way.
While she has experience in group fitness, Lydia is especially passionate about personal training. She values the opportunity to work one-on-one, meeting clients where they are and helping them progress at their own pace with a plan built specifically for them.
